between Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga.

Kundalini - This meditative form of yoga teachs awareness through conscious breath control, mantra & dynamic movements.
Vinyasa - Through asana (poses) transitioning with breath, you can lengthen your spine and strengthen your body.
